  • 4 Frozen turkey burgers Any brand of your choice
  • Non-stick spray Optional, if the air fryer basket isn't non-stick

Seasoning (Optional)

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Toppings (Optional)

  • Cheese slices Cheddar, Swiss, or American cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Burger buns Optional, can use lettuce wraps for a low-carb option

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the frozen turkey burgers in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; leave space between them for even cooking.
  • Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. It should reach 165°F (74°C) before serving.
  • Optional: Add a slice of cheese during the last 1-2 minutes of cooking for a melted effect.
  • Remove from the air fryer, let rest for 2-3 minutes, then serve with your favorite toppings and buns.

Notes

For extra juicy burgers, avoid overcooking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach 165°F (74°C) without drying out. Experiment with different seasonings for more flavor variety.
