  • 1/3 cup tahini Choose high-quality, smooth tahini
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Full-fat for creamier texture
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic Minced, optional
  • 2-4 tbsp water For adjusting consistency
  • salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the tahini, yogurt, and lemon juice. Stir well until smooth.
  • Add minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Mix it up again.
  • Slowly mix in water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is achieved.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  • Serve right away or chill for an hour to enhance the flavors.

Notes

For variations, add fresh herbs, spices, or a touch of honey for sweetness.
