Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the tahini, yogurt, and lemon juice. Stir well until smooth.
Add minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Mix it up again.
Slowly mix in water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is achieved.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Serve right away or chill for an hour to enhance the flavors.
