Instructions
Peel and shred the potatoes, then soak them in cold water for 15 minutes. Drain and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, toss the shredded potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Arrange the hash browns in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the hash browns and cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings or dipping sauces.
Notes
For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and flip halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
