Ingredients
  

Hash Brown Mixture

  • 3 medium potatoes shredded
  • olive oil spray a light spritz
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel and shred the potatoes, then soak them in cold water for 15 minutes. Drain and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, toss the shredded potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Arrange the hash browns in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the hash browns and cook for another 5-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings or dipping sauces.

Notes

For best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and flip halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
