Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a cooling rack on top.
Wrap each cracker with a piece of bacon, ensuring it overlaps slightly to hold together.
Place the wrapped crackers seam-side down on the cooling rack.
Sprinkle brown sugar over each bacon-wrapped cracker. For a spicy twist, add a pinch of cayenne or paprika.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the sugar is caramelized.
