  • Wash and peel the beets, carrots, and any additional ingredients like apple and ginger.
  • Cut them into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  • Add the beets, carrots, and optional ingredients to a juicer or blender with water.
  • If using a blender, blend until smooth and strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  • Stir well and serve fresh. Enjoy chilled for a refreshing taste!

Notes

For a zesty twist, add lemon juice before serving. If you prefer more sweetness, use an apple. Ginger adds an anti-inflammatory boost and enhances the flavor!
