Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough or homemade

Filling

  • 4 eggs scrambled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon or sausage
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tsp olive oil for brushing
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape.
  • Spread a thin layer of olive oil over the dough.
  • Evenly distribute scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon, bell peppers, and onions over the dough.
  • Carefully roll the dough into a log and slice into 12 equal pieces.
  • Place the rolls on the baking tray, brush with egg wash, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
