Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
Let the butter melt and continue cooking until it starts to brown and smell nutty, about 3-5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and sage leaves. Stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sage is crisp.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Drizzle the sauce over cooked butternut squash ravioli and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
This sauce works best with fresh pasta. You can add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra brightness.
