Ingredients
  

Chicken Sausage Mix

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with all the spices. Use your hands (or a spoon) to mix everything until evenly distributed.
  • Take small handfuls of the mixture and shape them into patties, about 2-3 inches wide.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  • Serve hot with eggs, toast, or vegetables.

Notes

For extra juiciness, you can add a small amount of olive oil or chicken fat to the mixture. Store cooked patties in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
