Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream softened slightly
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Crispy Coating

  • 1 cup cornflakes crushed
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp honey for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Toast the crushed cornflakes in a pan with melted butter until golden brown. Stir in paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Let cool.
  • Shape the softened vanilla ice cream into drumstick-like forms or small scoops. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until firm (at least 1 hour).
  • Roll the frozen ice cream in the toasted cornflake mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even coating.
  • Return the coated ice cream to the freezer for another 30 minutes to set the coating.
  • Drizzle with honey and serve immediately for the perfect sweet-savory crunch!

Notes

For extra authenticity, you can insert candy sticks or edible decorations to resemble drumstick bones. Try experimenting with different spice levels for a bolder flavor.
