  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Sear the chicken pieces in butter until golden brown.
  • Add the shrimp and garlic, cooking until shrimp turns pink.
  • Finish with parsley and a splash of lemon juice.
  • Serve with rice or crusty bread.
