Instructions
Combine the flour, yeast, salt, and warm water in a bowl. Mix and knead until a smooth dough forms.
Cover and let the dough rise for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 8 rectangles.
Spread a small amount of marinara sauce on each piece, leaving a border.
Add cheese and pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
Fold the dough over and press edges to seal, using a fork if needed.
Place on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
You can customize the fillings with ham, cheddar, spinach, feta, BBQ chicken, or even Nutella and banana for a sweet version.
