Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
Cream the butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla in another bowl until fluffy.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Combine until smooth.
Scoop small dollops of the dough onto the baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
Bake for 8-10 minutes and let cool completely.
Once cooled, sandwich a dollop of fudge frosting between two cookies. Enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, try using dark cocoa powder or adding a pinch of espresso powder to the dough.
