Instructions
Whisk together lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, olive oil, and honey in a bowl.
Add chopped fresh cilantro and stir to combine.
Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish, then pour marinade over it, ensuring all pieces are coated.
Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 6 hours, for best flavor.
Cook marinated chicken using your preferred method: grill, bake, or pan-fry until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
