Ingredients
  

Fruit Base

  • 1 cup mango diced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 cup watermelon diced
  • 1 cup papaya diced
  • 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Tajín or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare all fruits by dicing mango, pineapple, watermelon, and papaya. Slice the cucumber thinly.
  • Place all chopped fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle the lime juice over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
  • Sprinkle Tajín and chili powder (if using) over the fruit and mix well.
  • Serve immediately for the freshest taste, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize this fruit salad with your favorite tropical fruits. Try adding jicama for a crunch or chamoy for extra tanginess!
