Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Slowly mix in the melted chocolate until well combined.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
Pour the filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
