Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs Can substitute with Oreo crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese Full-fat for the best texture
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Must be heavy cream for stability
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate Melted; dark or milk chocolate works too
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Enhances flavor
  • 1 pinch salt Balances sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Slowly mix in the melted chocolate until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the filling over the chilled crust and spread evenly.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

Feel free to experiment with different toppings such as fresh berries, chocolate ganache, or cookie crumbles!
