Ingredients
  

Cheese Pretzel Dip

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk whole or half & half
  • 1 tsp butter unsalted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Mustard Pretzel Dip

  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional, for spice

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the milk and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  • Mix in the garlic powder and smoked paprika, stirring well. Remove from heat.
  • For mustard dip, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Serve both dips warm with soft pretzels for dipping.

Notes

For a richer cheese dip, use a blend of cheddar and gouda. Adjust seasoning to taste.
