Instructions
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the milk and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
Mix in the garlic powder and smoked paprika, stirring well. Remove from heat.
For mustard dip, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl.
Serve both dips warm with soft pretzels for dipping.
Notes
For a richer cheese dip, use a blend of cheddar and gouda. Adjust seasoning to taste.
