or ground turkey

taco seasoning

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and black beans. Stir well and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Spread a thin layer of salsa at the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer tortillas, followed by the meat mixture, cheese, and repeat layers.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Let the taco bake rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add toppings like chopped cilantro, diced avocado, and extra sour cream for a fresh finish!
