Tuna Patties

fresh or canned tuna
drained if canned

Instructions
In a bowl, mix tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Shape the mixture into four equal-sized patties.
Chill patties in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook patties for about 3–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
Serve on a bun or lettuce wrap with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding feta cheese, chili flakes, or a splash of soy sauce to the mix.
